My name is Monica Costa. I am both a Professional Specialised Kinesiologist and an Instructor in Specialised Kinesiology. In addition, I am a Holistic Health Practitioner specialising in immune system wellness and mental health, and on a personal level, a mother to an amazing, active little girl.

I believe that everyone has the right and potential to have a healthier, more balanced and fulfilling life. Through the use of a combination of Specialised Kinesiology and Holistic Health Coaching, I guide, educate and support clients towards solutions that empower them to take charge of their health. This facilitation allows a client to tap into that potential of achieving better states of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. I enjoy working with both adults and children.

I qualified in 2009 as a Specialised Kinesiologist and Holistic Health Practitioner, and in 2013 as a Specialised Kinesiology instructor. I am a life-long learner and seize opportunities to update my skills and develop as a practitioner by regularly attending workshops.

It is such a privilege to witness each client’s journey and transformation to better health. What I love most about what I do is, being able to see the positive changes that a client experiences not only with their health, but in other areas of their lives too.

During my spare time I enjoy reading, doing art and spending time in nature.
