Specialised Kinesiologist, Touch for Health Instructor, Craniosacral Therapist (RCST).
After qualifying as a Specialised Kinesiologist in 2010, I felt drawn to teach the Touch for Health Ki-nesiology Foundation workshops alongside my practice.
It is wonderful to share the profound knowledge of this modality and the art of muscle response monitoring. The workshops are experiential and instill confidence in the body’s innate intelligence and potential for healing. An incredible gift in the current and ever changing environments we find ourselves in.
Everyone deserves to take a moment for self-care and awareness of their body and the systems that support it for overall health and wellbeing.
I then discovered and trained in Craniosacral Therapy (RCST) after witnessing my 4 year old son’s recovery from a traumatic head injury. Kitya Nowicki worked with him over the months post acci-dent. Kinesiology helped her to find priority interventions to support him, nutritionally, energetically and posturally. She also supported him with Craniosacral Therapy and I watched the transformation as he released the absolute shock and trauma in his membrane system. The Craniosacral approach beautifully complements other modalities.
I currently commute between my practice in Constantia, Cape Town and St Francis Bay, Eastern Cape, offering private sessions and workshops.
