I was introduced to Kinesiology in 2016, when I was recovering from an illness. At the time I owned a natural cleaning products company. Years later, happy and healthy, I was so in love with the philosophy of this powerful work, I sold my company and started studying Kinesiology. I have seen first-hand how my whole family has benefitted from it.

Kinesiology helped me understand how my body reacted to traumatic events in my life and how I had the power to use my innate wisdom to keep myself on the best path towards health. The human body and its ability to change towards the better, fascinates me. We all have the ability to find the best balance in our lives and I love working with people and watching how kinesiology helps to balance our bodies to improve quality of life and work towards long-term healing.
