Thinking back to to my childhood, I can’t remember a time without Kinesiology! My Mom, being a Specialised Kinesiologist, raised me on its basis, and taught me to be mindful of what your body is telling you! 

I always knew I’d go study Kinesiology myself, and now that I have, I’m absolutely absorbed by it.
