With her vast experience as a dancer, fitness instructor, and dance teacher, she has carefully managed the complex health requirements linked to physical, mental, and emotional exertion over many years. Her interest in Kinesiology began during her teenage years when she sought assistance from a practitioner to cope with the various demands of a busy life. After a successful career in the Performing Arts and a decade in the corporate sector, Beth pursued her passion for holistic health by studying Kinesiology.
As a practitioner, Beth strives to help clients understand that while the increasing demands of family, work, and social life may not always be altered, adopting a balanced and varied approach to wellness can enable us to navigate periods of stress more effectively.
