Bérénice, originally from Belgium, relocated to South Africa in 2001, where she initially worked at the Belgian Consulate in Durban. Her personal healing journey began in 2004 when she discovered Specialized Kinesiology and BodyTalk, modalities that transformed her life and inspired an already present deep calling to help others. Following her passion, she left her diplomatic role to become a Certified Practitioner in both.

Over the years, she expanded her repertoire of complementary therapies to include Usui Reiki, Traditional Thai Foot Massage, Neuro-Training, Neural Organization Technique (N.O.T.), and Transformational Life Coaching. Even while taking a professional detour to support her husband’s business, she remained committed to learning and supporting others in the field of holistic health.

Since re-opening her full-time practice in the Upper Highway Area in 2022, Bérénice has continued to evolve her healing approach, integrating newer tools like NLP Coaching and Astrology. Her unique, integrative style combines years of study, life experience, and a heartfelt desire to support others in reconnecting with their well-being – emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. She offers one-on-one and remote sessions, personalised packages, and a nurturing, non-judgmental space for healing, all from her tranquil consultancy overlooking the Valley of a Thousand Hills.
