I started my professional life studying Chemical Engineering. I then changed direction and studied Optometry, and have been practicing in that Profession since 2002.
I have always been interested in alternative and complementary ways of looking after health. Never have I come across anything so profoundly effective in dealing with life’s ups and downs, and how we react to those stresses, as with Specialised Kinesiology.
