I am passionate about the human body, and with a background of being a Biokineticist for the past 20 years, I absolutely love working with people and helping them to become healthier, more active and lead a healthy lifestyle. However, I have also realised that no matter how much time you spend on the physical body, people tend to become unbalanced and sick if they don’t look after their emotional and mental health as well. That is why I have studied to become a Kinesiologist – it’s a great modality to address imbalances and blockages not only in your physical body but really digging a bit deeper to unblock and balance you mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
My own journey with Kinesiology started about 14 years ago when I had post-natal depression after the birth of my second child. With the help of a Kinesiologist, I conquered the depression and my husband and kids have also experienced the benefits of being balanced themselves over the past years.
