I am absolutely passionate about kinesiology!

For me, it’s been life changing and I feel blessed to be instrumental in helping people change the way they ‘do life’ and continue on their journeys. I love incorporating everything I know, including various other modalities, into a unique experience for each individual.

Specialised Kinesiology really allows the person to get to the nitty-gritty of the problem, and once their defence patterns have been cleared, the issue is effectively and thoroughly dealt with. The body’s innate intelligence and healing capacities then do the work.

Neural Organisation Technique (N.O.T) helps to get the person out of fight or flight, and deals with the body in a different, yet just as powerful, way.

Whether one is dealing with emotional stuff, or physical ailments have arrived as a result of all the dis-ease in the body, a kinesiology session can be hugely instrumental in putting one on their right path.

Everybody deserves the right to be happy and live their lives to the fullest – and kinesiology is the tool to get them there! I love being the facilitator in the process!

Monica has always had a passion for assisting people feel better about and within themselves, helping them live a better quality life. She had initially studied beauty therapy, somatology and many types of massage and holistic therapies but felt like there was still a piece of the puzzle missing. These therapies were all great for making a person feel better temporarily but she felt they weren’t permanent solutions.

She went for her first Kinesiology session in 2006 and was so intrigued and fascinated by the process and the life changing results, that she decided she wanted to study Kinesiology and pursue it as a career. Her aim was (and still is) to be able to help others improve their health, live more in a state of well-being, and help them have a better quality of life.

I started studying kinesiology in 2007, beginning with the TFH workshops, and was so amazed with the process and changes it had in my life that I knew I needed to take it further. I continued to study every module that was available to me in South Africa and taking in as much knowledge as I could get my hands on. After seeing the change that kinesiology made in my life and in my client’s lives over the past years I decided I wanted to “spread the word” further and teach others about Kinesiology, so I became a Kinesiology instructor.

I am now a Professional Specialised Kinesiologist, Neuro-Trainer and N.O.T. practitioner with over 1000 hours behind me. I am also a Touch For Health instructor, Emotional Kinesiology instructor and Neuro-training instructor. I continually attends new updates and advanced workshops to keep up with new knowledge and the changing times.

I was introduced to Kinesiology quite by chance. In December 2010 I was retrenched from the company I worked for, for 8 years as a Cross Border controller in the road freight industry. I never thought of doing anything other than Cross Border haulage. The day after my retrenchment, an ex-colleague asked if I would like to study Kinesiology. At the time I didn’t know what it was and agreed as “I have nothing better to do”. I did find another job in transport, but attended my first Touch for Health course in January 2011 out of pure curiosity. From the very first lesson I was hooked and just knew this is what I wanted to do with my life.

I love the idea of your body healing itself. I believe now that all illnesses are caused by emotional issues that can be resolved by Kinesiology. I am still amazed at how muscle checking works to pinpoint where to go to next during a balance. I love the way no 2 balances are the same and that each person deals with their issues in a different way. I am witnessing daily how people are dealing with underlying emotions and how they are changing and being able to handle life better. I love being able to facilitate clients to lead a better life.

I feel truly blessed that Kinesiology chose me as a profession and I am now a full time Kinesiologist and loving every moment of it.

I was introduced to Kinesiology 25 years ago when I went for a session as a teenager and was amazed at the difference I felt afterwards. My own healing journey started12 years ago when I was drawn to understanding how the body can heal itself, the energy pathways in the body, and the emotional connection to illness. I have studied this in various forms over the years. This includes colour therapy, flower and gem essence therapy, aromatherapy and nutrition. I have also been a Reiki Master since 2008. This, in particular, taught me about the effects of energy on the body. In 2013, I decided to study kinesiology because of my long-term interest in it, and I felt that the time was right. This has been the most incredible journey and I have been truly enriched as I have studied each of the different kinesiology protocols. I have felt dramatic shifts in my own life and I love that the neurology of a person retains everything about that person and the root cause of an issue can be reached quickly and accurately with muscle monitoring. The self-healing that is activated by kinesiology has been incredible to watch. I have seen people transform in so many ways – physically and emotionally. The underlying principles, of the body having the innate ability to heal itself, the energy systems in our bodies being key to unlocking self-healing, and that illness is predominantly caused by emotional patterns and behaviors has shown itself to me repeatedly. When further balancing is done on a person, the next ‘layer’ is revealed and the neurological adjustments that have taken place from the previous session are clear. It is amazing that no two balances are ever the same – every person is unique – and that kinesiology truly embraces the concept of holistic healing rather than focusing on one part of the body. The combination of science and Eastern healing philosophies meet so perfectly in kinesiology, and I feel privileged to be able to facilitate this.

I discovered Kinesiology in 2011 when my 18 month old son was waking up frequently during the night, after having done 2 sessions of kinesiology on his sleep patterns, 2 years later he is still sleeping like a “baby”. During 2013, I made a decision to change career, and completed my first 250 hours of kinesiology training. I’m loving every moment of my journey. The results are astounding!

One of the many facets of kinesiology that captured my curiosity during my first session was the process of muscle checking which was used to search for the underlying causes of my aches and pains. When kinesiology facilitated the healing of my beloved African Grey parrot, I was unconditionally hooked and knew that I’ve found my calling. Kinesiology provides us with the opportunity to address problem areas in our lives in a safe and non-invasive way. This in turn enables our bodies to heal itself hence allowing us to live happy and authentic lives.

With a degree in Psychology and Communications, Stacey wanted to branch away from traditional offerings, and work with clients in a way that encourages them to understand and heal themselves through self-awareness and self-responsibility. She feels that there is a growing awareness of how our upbringing, environment and daily stressors impact on our mental and eventually our physical health and understands that we, in the world of health and wellness, still have a huge amount to discover about the brain and its workings. Stacey believes in a place for all forms of traditional, as well as holistic treatment and that the two can work exceptionally well in conjunction with one another rather than as standalone practices.
