  1. National Instructor for Anatomy and Physiology
  • Professional Specialised Kinesiologist
  • N.O.T. Practitioner
  • Specialised Kinesiology Instructor
  • Human Physiology (BS)

I started studying kinesiology several years ago when I realized that the medical field was the not the direction for me. Since then I have set up a practice in both Paarl and Hopefield in the Western Cape.

I started my teaching journey in 2011 with Anatomy and Physiology. I am very excited to be starting my second year of teaching the different kinesiology modalities. I am currently busy writing a kinesiology course of my own.

Kinesiology has changed my life. I too feel privileged to be able to share and be a part of the many lives that have been influenced in the same way.
